Fair Oaks Manor Assisted Living Facility is here to help residents living with mental illness stay active and involved, while supporting independence for as long as possible. We assist in medication maintenance, doctors visits and service provider visits, and engaging in community activities. We aim to foster a community in which everyone can achieve their full potential for health and well-being across their lifespan.
